  • Getting Here: From Tiny Town Rd, turn onto Pembroke Rd, then left on Pembrook Pl, left on Oak Park, right on Oak Valley, and right on Oak Lawn. The property is the 2nd house on the right.

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the townhouse. Please use designated outdoor areas if necessary and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional pet fee.
  • Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm and 8 am.
  • Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit.
  • Parties and Events: No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
  • Damage and Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. Please report any issues immediately.
  • Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the designated bins.
  • Kitchen Use: Please clean up after using the kitchen. Dishes, utensils, and cookware should be washed and returned to their places.
